Forms on this site and what each collects
- Email signup (footer of every page): collects your email address only. A hidden anti-spam field is included; it should stay empty and is not used for anything else. Active.
- Order details form (the order page you see after paying for a video clips or ad creative package): collects your name, email, the package you bought, a link to your video or your business info, and any notes you add. A hidden anti-spam field is included and not used for anything else. Active. We use this only to deliver your order and contact you about it.
We will update this policy before adding any new form.
How forms are processed
Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, a feature of our hosting provider Netlify, which stores submissions on our behalf. See Netlify's privacy policy. Our host may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.
How we use your email
We use your email only to send updates from goulahai.com, such as new articles and launches. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe and our physical mailing address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Unsubscribing and deletion
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To ask us to delete your information, email arongoulah@arongoulah.com.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's checkout pages. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
